सहस्रसूर्यप्रतिमं तत्र तच्छांभवं महः।
षड्वक्त्रं द्वादशभुजं द्विपादं सुमनोहरम्।।
वपुः पुपोष जगतां मङ्गलायुष्यवर्धनम्।
कुमारः सुकुमाराणां निर्दर्शनमभूत्क्षणात्।।

Skanda Sashti is celebrated as the day Lord SUBRAMANYA vanquished the demons Soorapadman and Tarakasura.

Worshipping Lord Subramanya on this day will help conquer all fears and win over inner and outer enemies.

As Lord Subramanya was born out of Lord Shiva’s third eye, worshipping Him activates our third eye and manifests powers of intuition and intelligence!
