Every morning, Kailasa Houston offers Suprabhata Seva, the sacred process of waking up the deities. Suprabhatam refers to the morning rituals offered to seek Paramashiva’s blessings at the start of a new day. Kailasa Houston offered Suprabhatam Seva, Alankaram for Bhoga Murthies, followed by Deity Procession, Sri Guru Puja, & Shiva Puja in the morning.

In the Evening, Kailasa Houston offers Sri Guru Puja to SPH JGM HDH Bhagawan Nithyananda Paramashivam, and Sri Shiva Puja to Lord Nithyanandeshwara. Mandala Puja was offered to Sri Murugan Valli Devasena. Evening naivedyams were offered to all the deities. We concluded the day with Palliarai Seva — The sacred process of putting the deities to sleep.

Today, devotees in Kailasa Houston and Southeast USA gathered in the Brahmamuhurta for Nithyananda Yoga 108 Prathama Vinyasa Krama, Nithya Dhyaan Meditation and Kalpataru Meditation.

Let’s invoke Paramashiva’s presence in our lives, offer gratitude and receive the Divine blessings.
